Course Fees

Registration fee is $900 for CALED members (You must be the listed member in CALED), and $1,000 for non-CALED members (Includes a one-year Associate Membership in CALED).
Payment of the fee is required in advance and includes tuition, instructional materials, parking, lunches, and refreshments each day during the week.

Refunds / Cancellation / No-Show Policy

If a participant must cancel his/her registration, the registration tuition will be returned provided cancellation is made prior to October 4th, 2024. After that, no registration tuition will be refunded.

Participants who cancel in writing by October 24th, will receive a refund less a $75 handling fee.  Registration fees are non-refundable after October 4th.  A registered attendee, who does not submit a written cancellation or attend the event is considered a No-Show, and is not eligible for a refund. 

Fresno State reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the University cancels the program, the University is not responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses. The University will, however, refund your registration tuition.
